Polyurethane foam
Basic Requirements
Application 1: Two-wheeled battery pack foaming and potting
• According to the new national standard, the overall weight of the battery pack is reduced, and the weight of the old pottin compound 2kg needs to be reduced to less than 400g
• The density of foam is 0.3 and the flame retardant is V0, which meets the weight reduction requirements. Application 2: Replacement of plastic frame
• Plastic frame replacement, plastic cost 40RMB, foam cost 10RMB

Basic performance

Power battery production process (cylindrical filling)
Fill method:
• The battery pack is fully filled and the top cover plate serves as the cab floor. It can be used for cylindrical or soft-pack square shell batteries.
• The original liquid of hybrid models is 7.5kg, and that of pure electric models is 13.5-17kg
Introduction of 4680 scheme:
• The battery pack is assembled
• Automatic glue application machine, 20g/s-200g/s
• Apply glue according to the preset glue path for 90s
• The water flows flat and penetrates into the cell gap
• Start foaming and cover with lid
• Foam to the top and fill completely, 10-15min


Low density silicone potting
