Full Adhesive Solution for Railway Transportation Industry
The solution is applicable to high-speed trains, urban metros, intercity trams and heavy locomotives, and all application scenarios are divided into six modules: body assembly, window system, interior and floor components, bogies and running devices, on-board electrical control, underbody piping, and maintenance and repair. The bonding materials are classified into six categories based on their functions: structural adhesives, elastic sealants, thermal conductive sealants, thread locking agents, flame-retardant and anti-corrosion coatings, and repair fillers. All formulations are adapted to the harsh railway operating environment: extreme low temperatures as low as -40°C, high temperatures up to 120°C, coastal areas with C5-M grade strong salt spray, northwest regions with intense ultraviolet radiation, alternating aerodynamic pressures at 350 km/h, and millions of cycles of vibration. All materials comply with railway mandatory standards, including EN 45545 fire performance, TB/T 3237 low-VOC requirements, and TB/T 3138 low-smoke flame-retardant standards. 1. The bonding agent for the vehicle assembly (the core structure of lightweight design) needs to strike a balance between lightweight design, anti-fatigue performance, and compatibility with different substrates.
