Anaerobic threadlockers cure in the absence of air and presence of metal ions, forming a tough cross-linked polymer matrix inside thread gaps that eliminates clearance friction and blocks moisture, cutting fluids, and corrosive salts.

Precision & Micro Fasteners (Purple / Low Strength): 

Formulated for small screws (<M6), power tool housings, and delicate hardware. Provides vibration protection while permitting manual disassembly with hand tools without damaging threads or light-alloy housings (aluminum/zinc). Cures at room temperature; service range: −40∘C to 120∘C.

General Assembly Fasteners (Blue / Medium Strength): 

The standard choice for building hardware, furniture connectors, and general machinery bolts (M6 to M20). Balances high vibration resistance with serviceability. Disassembly requires standard hand tools or local heating (120∘C–180∘C). Service range: −45∘C to 130∘C.

Heavy-Duty High-Vibration Fasteners (Red / High Strength): Designed for heavy equipment, automotive chassis, power generation, and tool spindle bolts (>M20). Delivers high shear strength that resists catastrophic vibration loosening under extreme loads. Permanent lock requiring high-heat exposure (>220∘C) for disassembly. Service range: −55∘C to 150∘C.

Fluid & Gas Threaded Connections (White / Thread Sealant): 

Formulated with PTFE fillers for low-locking-force liquid/gas sealing on hydraulic valves, water lines, and pneumatic fittings. Replaces traditional PTFE tape to eliminate shredding and thermal degradation. Service range: −40∘C to 135∘C.
