direction for use
mixing :
Mix the main agent of Group AB from the JOMG series with the curing agent in a weight-to-volume ratio of 1:1.
Packaging containing dual tubes should be mixed using the accompanying rubber gun or automatic dosing device to prevent bubble formation. Manual mixing is not recommended.
glueing :
50 ml or 400 ml double-tube packaging
u Insert the dual tubes into the glue gun, then remove the end caps from their front ends.
u Load the mixture into a static mixing tube and discharge the resulting blended adhesive until no color variation remains, indicating complete homogeneity.
The u applies the mixed adhesive to the substrate and bonds it to the component.
During operation, the u clamps the positioning element to achieve the required processing strength or gap thickness using the gap filler.

For automatic metering, adhesive dispensing, or coating equipment in u , please contact the JOME Marketing Department or your nearest sales representative.
matters need attention
Excessively low temperatures will slow down curing, while excessively high temperatures will accelerate it; therefore, maintaining a constant temperature in the workshop is recommended.
u JOMG exhibits poor hardening resistance when exposed to materials containing sulfur, amines, organic tin compounds, or unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers; common examples include rosin and natural rubber. Testing must be conducted prior to use.
The data for products were obtained under a constant temperature of 25°C; testing is required before use in other low-or high-temperature environments.
If oil separates during storage, first squeeze out the liquid layer.
matters need attention
1) Keep out of reach of children.
2) In case of accidental skin contact, wipe with a cloth before it hardens and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3) In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with clean water.
4) It is recommended for use in well-ventilated areas.
