Product Introduction

GM4851 is a removable light curing resin specially developed for certain substrates that need temporary protection. To remove this product, lift one corner of the cured material and slowly pull up the whole cured material to completely remove it.

 usage method

1. The surface in contact with the resin should be clean.
2. The resin is evenly coated on both sides of the substrate.The surfaces to be contacted should be completely flattened until the resin hardens.

3. The hardening time of the actual object will be affected by the following factors: ① The geometric shape of the object,

② the marial characteristics of the object, ③ the thickness of the adhesive, and ④ the efficiency of the UV lamp source. The hardening conditionsn eed to be finally confirmed according to the actual object and conditions.

4. Please measure the intensity and illuminance of the UV lamp regularly. Overexposure has little effect on the properties of the

UV glue, while underexposure has a great impact on the properties of the UV glue, which may cause the reaction rate of the glue to

be low and the service life of the ring test to decrease.

5. People with allergic constitution may have allergic symptoms if their skin comes into direct contact with this product.

Storage environment

Store in a cool place away from sunlight or ultraviolet light. It is best for the operator to cover the lid as soon as possible after use to eliminate any light. Store at room temperature (14~34oC) before opening. The shelf life of this product is 1 year.
