Application techniques
If the epoxy is stored in a frozen environment, it should be taken out to room temperature before use. During application, avoid exposing the glue to high temperatures to reduce its viscosity, unless tested and proven to be feasible.
Apply the adhesive directly to the surface of the object to be bonded that has been degreased, rusted and roughened. Select appropriate tools to assist in applying the adhesive and fix it with a fixture. Then cure it according to the recommended heating conditions.
matters need attention
As this product is a chemical product that will react when heated, the environmental temperature has a great impact on the quality of the product. Please keep the product in a low temperature environment to ensure the stability and quality of the product. If the colloid is not used up after taking it out, please seal it tightly and put it back into the freezer for preservation.
A small number of people who have been exposed to the glue for a long time will have mild skin allergies, with mild itching and pain. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using it. If it sticks to the skin, wipe it off with acetone or alcohol, and wash it clean with detergent.
Before using it in large quantities, try it out in small amounts to master the use of the product and avoid mistakes.
