High-strength 2-part epoxy structural adhesive
Description
JOME fast curing epoxy adhesive is a fast curing epoxy resin adhesive at room temperature. This two-component epoxy adhesive is designed to bond ceramic, metal, glass, plastic, rubber, paper, cloth and other products.
JOME transparent quick-fix epoxy adhesive cures without heat. After thoroughly mixing parts A and B at 1:1 (weight or volume ratio), the product solidifies in 5-120 minutes to form protection.
The cured glue has the following properties ：
Resistance to moisture, dirt, and other atmospheric components
High strength, excellent adhesion
Good pollution resistance and low
requirement for surface pretreatment
No solvent, no curing byproducts
Stable mechanical and electrical properties between -45 and 120℃
It has good adhesion to glass fiber cloth and steel plate

(1) potting time is measure based on 2 g mixing quantity.

T-type tube end cap bonding, circuit board lead or solder foot protection, bus bar PET bonding, insulation paper and silicon steel sheet bonding, crafts fixed bonding
Operation precautions
1、 When use gun to mix 50ml cartridge, should leave off the beginning mixed glue, in case the
glue will cur well. Pay attention to cartridge outlet seal, and timely change the static mixer.
2、 Use of bulk packaging, mixed sizing to quick weighing and mixing, and will cause bubbles; otherwise use of a two-component dispensing machine to get better property.
3、 The lower temperature will cause the curing speed slower and lower strength. To get stably property, need to control the room temperature.
4、 The curing process is an exothermic reaction, adhesive amount will affect the operating time, so the operation time of glue 2g is a reference time.
