JM3302 is a single-component, low-viscosity self-leveling UV-curable silicone adhesive. When exposed to sufficient UV radiation, it rapidly cures or achieves initial surface curing, while deeper layers or unexposed areas continue to cure under moisture action, ultimately forming a flexible and resilient elastomer. This product exhibits moderate strength, low shrinkage, a low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent high-temperature and high-humidity resistance. The JM3302 form-fitting coating cures within seconds under LED or broad-spectrum UV (UVA, UVB, and UVC) irradiation (preferably using a mercury vapor lamp [H-type] system), achieving non-viscous consistency and oxygen inhibition within less than 10 seconds at 300 mW/cm² illumination.
This product can be used for bonding various materials, particularly suitable for bonding metals, glass, and plastics.
