One-part highly elastic SMP Hybrid Structural Adhesive (MS Adhesive)

JOMS 3360 is a single-component, medium-to-high-strength modified polyether sealant. This product cures through reaction with moisture in the air, forming a permanent elastomer that exhibits excellent aging resistance and surface applicability. It enables direct application without primer, offers broad bonding coverage, and is solvent-free, odorless, and environmentally friendly.

Typical Applications

This product is applied for joint sealing, adhesion, and fixation in various applications including automotive bodies, train carriages, elevator cabins, containers, ships, metal structures, machinery, electronics, battery enclosures, plastics, air conditioning systems, clean rooms, and ventilation equipment.

direction for use

1. All bonding surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, and any other substances that may interfere with proper adhesive bonding.
2. JOMS 3360 sealant can be applied directly to the following materials without primer: aluminum, stainless steel.

It bonds firmly to steel, coated steel, zinc, copper, brass, powder-coated metals, painted metals, glass, PVC, polyester (GRP), and sprayed or painted wood; however, the material surface must be clean, dry, free of dust and oil. It cannot bond to untreated surfaces of polyethylene, polypropylene, or polytetrafluoroethylene plastics.

3. For materials that are difficult to adhere, apply JM1262 as a surface coating; allow it to air dry for 2–5 minutes before applying adhesive for optimal bonding performance.
4. Recommended construction temperature: 5–40°C.

matters need attention

Do not allow uncured sealing adhesive products to come into contact with food or cosmetics; avoid prolonged skin exposure to uncured sealing adhesives; if the adhesive accidentally enters the eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with large amounts of water and seek medical attention; store the product out of reach of children.
