Screen Printing Silicone Ink for Fabric
JOMS1367 Liquid Silicone Rubber is a two-component silicone rubber material that undergoes heat-curing. This product is designed for use in textile applications.It can be applied under specific conditions to the surface coating of textile products, screen printing, and signage production.JOMS1367 liquid silicone rubber utilizes innovative technology. When components A and B are thoroughly mixed at a ratio of 100:2 (by weight), the product cures within specified temperature and time conditions to form an elastic cushioning material. The cured elastomer exhibits the following properties:
- Resists moisture, contaminants, and other atmospheric components;
- Mitigate mechanical stress and tension caused by mechanical, thermal, and vibrational shocks
- Solvent-free; no curing by-products;
- Suitable for use in temperature ranges of-50°C to 250°C

Product Description:
JOMS1367 Liquid Silicone Rubber is a two-component silicone rubber material that undergoes heat-curing. Standard Performance:
| test item | testing standard | unit | Acomponent | Bcomponent |
| Appearance | visualization | — | Translucent thixotropy | Transparent viscous liquid |
| Viscosity | GB/T 10247-2008 | mPa·s | thixotropic | 500±150 |
| Density | GB/T 13354-1992 | g/cm3 | 1.10 ±0.05 | 1 ±0.05 |
| curing time | GB/T 2943-2008 | min(60℃) | ≤19 | |
| operate time | GB/T 7123-2002 | min(40℃) | ≥60 | |
Note: The operating time was tested using a rubber mixing quantity of 50 g.
Operating Procedures and Precautions:
Take components A and B in the specified ratio, stir them thoroughly, and use the mixture within the recommended application period.
During mixing, ensure that the mixture is stirred in the same direction; otherwise, excessive air bubbles may be introduced. The rubber compound on the container rim and bottom should also be mixed uniformly; otherwise, localized non-curing may occur due to uneven mixing.Pouring the material onto the product and then subjecting it to another vacuum treatment to remove bubbles can enhance the overall performance of the cured product.An excessively low temperature will result in a slower curing rate; if necessary, increase the heating temperature or extend the curing time.
JOMS1367: When liquid silicone rubber comes into contact with compounds containing elements such as N, S, or P, as well as certain heavy metal ion compounds, it may exhibit difficulty in curing or fail to cure altogether. These heavy metal ions include Sn, Pb, Hg, Bi, As, etc.
Typical Performance:
| project | testing standard | unit | numeric value |
| hardness | GB/T 531.1-2008 | Shore A | 22±5 |
| Rupture elongation | GB/T 528-2009 | % | ≥400 |
| tensile strength | GB/T 528-2009 | Mpa | ≥2.5 |
| tear strength | GBT 529-2008 | kN/m | ≥10 |
Packaging Specifications:
