Epoxy Adhesives

High-strength one- and two-part epoxy adhesives for structural bonding of metal, plastic, ceramic and composite assemblies.

Permanent, High-Strength Structural Bonds

Epoxy adhesives cure into rigid, durable joints with outstanding adhesion to metals, ceramics, glass and many plastics. They resist chemicals, heat and impact, making them the workhorse of structural bonding and assembly.

JOME manufactures two-part (2K) and structural epoxy adhesives in a range of cure speeds, viscosities and strengths — including toughened and thermally conductive grades — for applications from precision electronics to heavy industrial assembly.

Why Choose JOME Epoxy Adhesives

Frequently Asked Questions

Epoxy adhesives create strong, permanent structural bonds between metals, plastics, ceramics and composites, and are widely used in manufacturing, electronics and assembly.

One-part epoxy is pre-mixed and cures with heat; two-part epoxy mixes resin and hardener at use and cures at room or elevated temperature. Two-part systems offer flexibility in speed and strength.

Epoxies bond metals, ceramics, glass, composites and many rigid plastics. For low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE, surface treatment or a specialised grade is recommended.

Two-part structural epoxies can exceed the strength of the substrates themselves in shear, which is why they replace welding and fasteners in many designs.
