Thermal paste only transfers heat and provides no bonding, so parts need clamps. A thermally conductive adhesive transfers heat and forms a permanent structural bond.

Many are. Ceramic-filled grades conduct heat but insulate electrically, while silver-filled grades conduct both heat and electricity. We supply both depending on your needs.
